Technical PMO Delivery & AI Integration

Contract and fractional project and program management office (PMO) leadership for technical initiatives and practical AI implementation.

Get critical projects moving. Put AI to work.

KEEN SIX helps you plan, lead, and deliver technical projects and programs, strengthen delivery across teams, and implement AI in useful business workflows. Start with a focused engagement or add fractional leadership around the work you need done.

You can hire KEEN SIX for technical delivery whether or not AI is part of the project—for a new initiative or a program that has gone off track.

How it works

Working together

  1. 01

    Share the need

Tell us the project, program or workflow and the result you need.

  2. 02

    Agree scope and responsibilities

Deliverables, fee, responsibilities and timing are agreed in writing before work begins.

  3. 03

    Execute, review and hand off

One accountable KEEN SIX lead delivers, reviews progress with you, and hands off cleanly.

What you get

  • Clear priorities, owners and dependencies everyone can see
  • A delivery or recovery plan your team can execute
  • Visibility into milestones, budget and resources
  • Technical vendors and cross-functional teams working to one plan
  • Executive decisions made on time, with the facts in front of you
  • Scoped strategic PMO leadership for a program or portfolio mandate
  • AI taken from readiness and use-case selection through pilot, testing and adoption, with measurable benefit

When this is useful

When a technical project or program is starting, stalled or off track; when teams and vendors need one accountable delivery lead; or when an AI use case needs to become a working, adopted workflow. AI does not need to be part of the work.

What happens next

  1. Select the engagement path that fits your decision.
  2. KEEN SIX reviews what you submit through its secure, confidential process.
  3. The right next step is confirmed through consultation, scope, payment, or engagement acceptance.

Ways to work together

Choose a starting point

Pick the path closest to your need. KEEN SIX confirms the right scope with you before anything begins.

Technical Delivery Reset

Who it’s for: Leaders with one priority project or program that needs a clear plan, owners and cadence—whether it is just starting or off track.

What you receive

  • Review of the plans and materials you have
  • Up to four stakeholder discussions
  • An agreed delivery or recovery plan with owners and key dependencies
  • Prioritized decisions and actions
  • The first delivery review, run with your team

This sets a practical plan and operating cadence. It is not a promise to complete the underlying program in ten days.

Fractional Program / PMO Leadership

Who it’s for: Teams that need an accountable program or PMO lead for one priority program, or a narrowly defined portfolio-governance mandate.

What you receive

  • Weekly delivery and decision cadence
  • Risk and dependency management
  • Coordination with your delivery team
  • Concise executive updates
  • Measured follow-through on decisions and actions

More extensive contract or embedded capacity is scoped separately.

Term, capacity and start date are confirmed in the proposal.

AI Workflow Implementation

Who it’s for: Organizations ready to put AI to work in one bounded business workflow, with a measurable result in view.

What you receive

  • Readiness and process review
  • Agreed inputs and success criteria
  • Implementation of the workflow
  • Acceptance testing
  • Training and handoff

Specialist engineering, licensing, additional integrations and ongoing support are included only where the agreed scope says so. Not all custom software development is included.

From request to start

  1. Send a short request.
  2. KEEN SIX confirms fit, scope, cost and availability.
  3. You accept and pay under the agreed terms through our existing invoice process.
  4. Work begins on the confirmed schedule.

How we work with you

Use your existing tools where practical. One accountable KEEN SIX lead. Clear deliverables, decisions and progress.

What you provide

  • A sponsor and a day-to-day contact
  • The result you need
  • Any plan, status or context you already have

Please don’t send sensitive files with your first request. If they are needed, KEEN SIX asks for them through its secure process after first contact.

Common questions

Do we need an AI project to work with KEEN SIX?

No. You can hire KEEN SIX for technical project, program or PMO delivery with or without AI.

We already have a project manager or delivery team. Can you still help?

Yes. KEEN SIX can lead, coordinate or support a defined gap alongside the people you already have.

What tools do you use?

Your existing tools where practical. Any change to tools or systems is scoped and agreed first.

What do we receive?

Agreed, client-specific plans, updates, configured workflows and a handoff, as applicable to your engagement.

How does pricing work?

Each path shows a published starting scope or range. Your fee, scope, responsibilities and timing are then confirmed in writing before work begins.

How do we start?

Send a short request. No account or fee is required to inquire.

Travel & expenses

Professional fees exclude travel and other approved engagement expenses unless expressly included in your written scope.

For work requiring travel, the client covers approved airfare, hotel accommodations, rental car or other ground transportation, baggage fees, parking, tolls, and applicable taxes and fees.

Meals and incidental expenses use the applicable government per diem benchmark for the work location and travel dates. For the continental United States, KEEN SIX uses the GSA meals and incidental expenses rate, identified by the destination ZIP code and verified locality. Hotel costs are billed separately at the approved actual cost.

Travel arrangements, the estimated expense budget, and payment arrangements are agreed in writing before booking.

Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories use the applicable Department of Defense schedule; destinations outside the United States use the Department of State schedule. These government schedules are the commercial benchmark agreed for our engagement. Federal employee travel rules do not automatically govern a private client.

Rates depend on the work location and the travel dates. KEEN SIX checks the official rate for both when preparing your estimate.
