Eric — Founder, KEEN SIX
Expert-led. Veteran-owned. Results-driven.
Eric brings executive and senior corporate leadership experience across advanced humanoid robotics and AI, financial services, automotive, and industrial operations.
Across C-suite, senior vice president, vice president, and director roles, Eric has built and led programs, managed global deployments and commercial operations, and aligned engineering, manufacturing, new product introduction, strategic program and project management, and business teams to move complex technology into real customer environments. He understands the responsibilities behind a résumé, beyond the interview, and the work required to turn strategy into execution and results.
His approach combines operating discipline gained through training and leadership in Toyota Tsusho’s industrial business with senior U.S. Navy leadership as a retired Command Master Chief and military intelligence experience.
His work spans building and developing teams, scaling industrial products, product compliance, data management, AI, robotics, and Human–Robot Interaction & Integration (HRI). This brings a practical perspective on how people and intelligent systems can work effectively together.
That experience works for you.
Through KEEN SIX, Eric helps clients assess executive and critical hires, strengthen leadership and operations, deliver technical programs, and integrate AI around meaningful business needs.
You will work directly with a KEEN SIX expert. Each engagement is shaped around your unique situation and, where applicable, the individual candidate—with clear findings, practical recommendations, and defined next steps.
How the work is done
Technology supports the work. A person owns the judgment.
Evidence
Conclusions rest on demonstrated work, operating data, and verified materials—not impressions.
Structured inquiry
Each engagement follows a defined scope and consistent questions, so findings can be compared and explained.
Human judgment
Technology organizes the work. A person reviews the evidence and owns the conclusion.
