How we work
Evidence, judgment, accountability—separate and visible.
Protect private identity. Verify professional claims. Assess demonstrated capability and readiness.
What a brief tells you
What is supported by evidence, what is attributed to a person or source, where our interpretation begins, and what remains unresolved. Original candidate wording and original evidence are preserved; corrections append rather than overwrite.
Principles
The rules we hold to.
Claims and evidence are never merged
What a candidate stated, what independent evidence shows, how we interpret it, and what we conclude are recorded separately and reported separately.
Ownership is assessed, not assumed
A company achievement does not establish a person's ownership of it. We assess what the candidate personally owned, operated and delivered at the level the role requires.
Uncertainty is stated, not smoothed
Unresolved is not the same as false. Where evidence cannot settle a question, the brief says so instead of producing a confident-sounding number.
Absence is not an adverse finding
Limited public information, privacy services and a small online presence never count against a candidate.
Final review protects report quality
Every released brief carries an approval date and version. Final reports are reviewed by a Senior Assessor before release.
No score, no ranking, no decision for you
There is no composite candidate score, no trustworthiness rating and no hire or reject output. You retain full hiring authority.
Limits
What this assessment is not.
It is not a background or criminal check, not deception detection, not psychometric profiling, and not a prediction of future performance. It is a reviewed judgment about demonstrated capability and readiness for a specific role.
